The car you want isn't in our stock? We'll source it from Japan's auctions.
Over 120,000 vehicles cross Japan's auction blocks every week. As a licensed exporter with auction access, we find, inspect, bid and ship to your order — you approve every step.
How auction sourcing works
- 1Tell us your target
Model, year range, mileage, budget and destination port — one message is enough.
- 2Receive candidates with translated auction sheets
We shortlist upcoming listings and translate the inspector's sheet so you see grade, repairs and true condition.
- 3Approve your maximum bid
You set the ceiling in writing. We never bid a yen above it.
- 4We bid and win
Our buyers bid live at USS, TAA, JU and other halls. Win rate improves week by week as we learn your targets.
- 5Inspection, documents, shipping
Optional JEVIC inspection, export deregistration, B/L and insurance — then RoRo or container to your port.
- 6Pay the balance against shipping documents
Deposit to start, balance when the Bill of Lading is issued. Bank transfer to our corporate account only.
What every order includes
The original inspector's sheet plus a plain-language translation — before you commit.
Engine bay, interior wear points and underbody, shot after we win the car.
JEVIC / JAAI odometer and condition certification arranged pre-shipment.
Export certificate, invoice, B/L and insurance documents couriered to you.
Transparent fees
You pay the actual hammer price plus auction fees, inland transport, our fixed service fee and freight — every line itemized on your invoice. No hidden spread on the vehicle price: the auction sheet shows what we paid.
Tell us what to find
Send the model, year and your port — we'll reply within 24 hours with candidates and a full CIF estimate.
