Every quote we send is itemized so you see exactly what you're paying for and to whom.
Vehicle FOB price
The cost of the vehicle itself — what we paid at auction or to the seller. This is fully transparent: you see the auction sheet and the winning bid amount.
AUTO-X service fee
Our flat fee for sourcing, inspection coordination, documentation, yard handling, and customer support. Stated upfront on every quote — typically a fixed amount per vehicle, not a percentage. No hidden markups on the FOB.
Ocean freight + insurance
RoRo or container booking with the carrier of your choice (or our recommendation). Marine insurance at 1.5% of CIF value is included by default. Itemized at carrier-quoted prices — we do not mark up freight.
Optional extras
Pre-export inspection (e.g., JEVIC), additional photos, port-side handling at destination, custom polish/cleaning. Each is line-itemed so you can choose what you want.
