1. Quotes Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Auction-sourced vehicles are subject to availability and final auction-won price. 2. Payment Full payment is required before vessel loading unless other terms (deposit + balance, L/C) are agreed in writing on the invoice. 3. Inspection Independent pre-export inspection is provided where required by destination customs. The inspection report is binding for the condition reported. 4. Shipping Marine insurance is included in CIF quotes. Customs duties at the destination port are the buyer's responsibility. 5. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable once an auction is won on your behalf except where AUTO-X cancels the bid. 6. Liability Liability is limited to the value of the invoice.
