How importing works
Six steps from your quote request to keys in hand.
- 1
Tell us what you want
Send a quote request — specify the vehicle, destination port, and any must-have specs. We respond within 24 hours.
- 2
We source it
We bid on USS / JU / TAA / CAA auctions or check our dealer network. You see the auction sheet and final bid before commitment.
- 3
Pre-export inspection
Independent inspection (JEVIC / EAA / etc.) issues a verifiable report before the vehicle is loaded — required for many destinations.
- 4
Payment & shipping booking
Telegraphic transfer in USD or JPY. We book RoRo or container space on the next available vessel to your nominated port.
- 5
Vessel loaded & in transit
We send loading photos, B/L, and tracking. Marine insurance is in place from the moment the vehicle leaves the yard.
- 6
Arrival & customs clearance
We hand off to your nominated clearing agent (or one of our local partners). Documents, deregistration, and export certificate included.
